All devices purchased from WWW.SPARKLEBEAUTYSTORE.COM (SPARKLE GLOBAL) & WWW.SPARKLEBEAUTYSTORE.COM.MY (SPARKLE MALAYSIA) are backed by “1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY”. This “1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY” is a voluntary SPARKLE® GLOBAL & SPARKLE® MALAYSIA warranty.
Your SPARKLE® GLOBAL & SPARKLE® MALAYSIA Beauty-Tech Device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase (“Order Date”) when used in accordance with the designated user manual provided with the device. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to SPARKLE® GLOBAL & SPARKLE® MALAYSIA only if you purchased the device from WWW.SPARKLEBEAUTYSTORE.COM (SPARKLE GLOBAL) & WWW.SPARKLEBEAUTYSTORE.COM.MY (SPARKLE MALAYSIA). If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, SPARKLE® GLOBAL & SPARKLE® MALAYSIA, at its option will (1) repair the device at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the device with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations. This is a voluntary SPARKLE® GLOBAL & SPARKLE® MALAYSIA guarantee. You have 7 days from the original date of delivery (“Order Delivery Date verified by Order Tracking Number”) to return a device purchased from WWW.SPARKLEBEAUTYSTORE.COM (SPARKLE GLOBAL) & WWW.SPARKLEBEAUTYSTORE.COM.MY (SPARKLE MALAYSIA) and request for a refund, if you received a (i) wrong item, (ii) damaged item, or (iii) defective item.
Refund Options

How to Return a Purchased Item

Following all instructions from our Customer Service team, take your parcel to your preferred delivery service and obtain proof of postage with the tracking number and receipt – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.
The address for return will be the full address mentioned in the “Contact Us” page, unless/otherwise as instructed by our Customer Service team. The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate the shipping charges in case of returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
What Happens Next
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.
- A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
- If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. disassembled, broken, damaged by use, damaged packaging, incomplete return package etc.), we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
